I appreciate your response yet information technology doesn't work on my organization. Trouble with Magic seemed to solve itself. Must be some kind of Windows magic. The issue with the PS2 keyboard driver remains a problem. Problem #1 is finding the appropriate driver and of grade the second is the actual installation of the driver. Everything I've read says the keyboard will work with Windows 10. I've checked with HP and other open sources and can't seem to notice one that works.

Notes : Now, when I did this the MagicJack service still wouldn't start, so I went hither
Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services->MagicJack and tried to outset the service from there, but I got this error ->
"Could non start the service on Local Estimator. Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure"
And then, I went to the log on tab (still in the magic jack service tab) and put in the password, and everything works beautifully!
